GLUTEN FREE FRIED CHICKEN
MAKES 4 LARGE PIECES
4 BONLESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BRESTS
1 EGG
¼ C MILK
1/3 ALL PURPOSE
GLUTEN FREE FLOUR
2 TBSP CORN STARCH
2 TBSP ROMANO/
PARMESEAN CHEESE
¼ TSP SALT
¼ TSP PEPPER
1 TSP SEASON SALT
1/3 C OIL * (ENOUGH TO COVER THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN AND ABOUT
HALF THE CHICKEN)
Heat oil over a medium heat.
In one bowl whisk the egg, milk and pepper.
In the second bowl add Romano cheese, salt, season salt,
flour and corn starch.
Dredge the chicken in the flour bowl then the egg mix then
back in the flour.
Cook until golden brown on each side and white in the
middle.
This was our yummy dinner!!
